100 Women is my ongoing long-term project I started in January 2022. With these portraits I’m spotlighting influential women who were often overshadowed by men. Some of these women are famous and well-known, others come from my private surrounding and made me the person I am today.

This calendar features 13 of these outstanding women: Greta Thunberg, Yoko Ono, Beate Uhse, Nina Simone, Malala Yousafzai, Audre Lorde, Hilma Af Klint, Patti Smith, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Christiane Felscherinow, Mae Jemison, Hedi Lamarr and Twiggy on the cover.
